VesselHelm feature

VoIP telephony inside VesselHelm.

Managed voice inside paid VesselHelm tiers, including DIDs, SIP trunks, PBX setup, call routing, and user extensions.

Overview

VoIP telephony

VoIP telephony is a VesselHelm feature, not a standalone solution. It gives vessel and shore teams a managed voice layer that can work across available connectivity paths. It covers direct inward dial numbers, SIP trunks, PBX configuration, user extensions, call routing, and practical failover planning so voice remains part of the vessel communications stack. VoIP telephony is included in all paid VesselHelm tiers.
